Want to achieve a common vision for smart development in Chili?

Residents of Chili are looking for a positive direction for commercial growth in our Town.

With this in mind, there will be an informational meeting on Wednesday May 23rd at 6:30 PM in the Chili Library Meeting Room.

The Rochester Regional Design Center will be presenting a Power-point program outlining the how, what and why of an innovative, progressive and highly participative planning process called a Charrette.

Both collaborative and action oriented, it has been proven nationwide to bring together community stakeholders; residents, business owners, elected officials, churches and school districts, to achieve a common vision for smart development.

Locally a number of communities have completed their individualized Charrettes with much success and excitement, including; Churchville, Pittsford, Midtown Rochester and University Ave.

Please join in for this unique opportunity to to learn more about a process that could bring the diverse elements of our Town together to achieve a common vision for Chili.

This informational meeting has been organized by Bob Mulcahy, Barb Denigris and a small group of Chili residents who are interested in finding out more about a Charrette and seeing if people would be interested in engaging in this process. ChiliFirst.com is happy to help them publicize the event.
